Each worker can have two different sets of defaults one for external and one for internal work orders, defined by the base type.
A maintenance plan can be defined for devices or contracts and indicates when and what kind of service action should be carried out.

The resource schedule is used to improve the service work orders management process.
The job list form holds all of the information relating to the operations included, with relevant hours and the items to be used on the job.
